Archives - 200 West
In 2016 a development, 200 West, was proposed for Zionsville at the entrance to the historic village. After months of continued meetings and public communication (by ZNAG - not the developer) the project was denied by the Zionsville Plan Commission. You can read the article here.

Now a new development has been proposed. While we await more information you can see what was previously proposed through the documents on this page. After meeting with the developer of Sycamore Flats, the size and scope of the new proposal has higher density than the one that was denied.

On October 23, 2017 the Zionsville Town Council voted to change the area's zoning to Urban Village Business District.

They believe a PUD is an "extraordinary tool" that gives the town "extraordinary power" and should be used sparingly.
